At TurboShip, we are committed to delivering quality products that reach you in perfect condition. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
๐ Terms of Refund
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
๐ Therefore, once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Return Window
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
Return or replacement is applicable if the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or not working
- Incorrect item received
- Significantly different from the product description
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or altered
- Original packaging or tags have been removed
- The claim is raised after 7 days of delivery
- No unboxing video proof is provided
4. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:
๐ You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof when raising a claim.
๐ฅ How to Record Unboxing Video (Important)
- Use clear lighting and a stable camera
- Show the shipping label clearly at the start
- Record the sealed package from all sides before opening
- Open the package fully on camera โ no cuts or pauses
- Show all contents clearly at the end
If there is an issue:
- Damaged โ Show close-up of the damage clearly
- Missing item โ Show all received items and the empty box
- Wrong item โ Show the item received alongside the shipping label
โ ๏ธ Important Conditions
- Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong items
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days, no refund or replacement requests will be entertained
5. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- The product must be safely returned to our warehouse
- Return pickup will be arranged by our team at no extra cost
- After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer or UPI
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided for all eligible claims
- If the exact product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead
- Replacement dispatch will happen within 2โ3 business days of return pickup
7. Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders โ Cannot be cancelled once placed and processed

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders โ Can be cancelled:
- Via the order confirmation message/link sent to you
- Or by informing our team during the confirmation call
- Or by contacting support before dispatch
